The 3-Month Program

What Three Months With Corvan Looks Like.

Defined. Bounded. Sequenced. Each step is a real piece of medical work, not a template fired off automatically when you click submit.

How It Works

Month by Month, What Actually Happens.

Defined milestones — not arbitrary calendar markers — so you know exactly what you’re paying for and when.

01

Day 0 — Apply

A short, private application. Reviewed personally by a member of our team within 24 hours. You hear back either way — accepted, not a fit, or a follow-up question before we decide.

02

Days 1–3 — Intake consult

A 30–45 minute video consult with a board-certified physician licensed in your state. Unhurried. The physician asks about your life stage, history, sleep, stress, and what you’ve already tried — the context that ordinarily gets skipped.

03

Days 3–10 — Labs

A lab order is issued at your intake. You walk into a LabCorp or Quest near you. Results return to your physician within 3–5 business days.

04

Days 10–14 — Protocol consult

A second physician consult to review the labs together and design the protocol. The physician decides whether GLP-1 is the right tool and which medication and starting dose actually fit. If you’re not a clinical fit, the physician tells you, and the program fee is refunded per the Refund Policy.

05

Weeks 3–4 — First shipment & starting dose

Medication ships to your door — an FDA-approved GLP-1 by default, or, only when the chart documents a specific clinical reason, a compounded version from a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. You begin on a low, well-tolerated starting dose. Side effects, when they appear, tend to show up in the first two weeks as your body adjusts.

06

Mid-program — dose review

A structured check-in with your physician around the midpoint. The physician reviews how your body is responding (appetite shifts, side effects, sleep, scale trend) and adjusts dose or protocol. This is real titration based on real data, not a template.

07

Month 3 — End-of-program decision

A final consult to walk through the trajectory. Continue on a maintenance protocol, taper down, or stop entirely — your physician makes a recommendation, and you decide. No auto-renewal. Whatever happens next is documented and intentional.

What’s Covered

Everything the Program Delivers.

No surprises, no a-la-carte add-ons. The program fee covers every piece of the medical work below for the full 3 months.

01

Two physician consults

A board-certified physician licensed in your state runs both your intake and protocol consults. Same physician through the whole program.

02

Pre-treatment labs

Metabolic + relevant safety markers, ordered by your physician. Pulled at a walk-in LabCorp or Quest near you.

03

GLP-1 medication

An FDA-approved GLP-1 medication is the default prescribing option. A compounded version (prepared by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy) may be prescribed only when the chart documents a specific clinical reason. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved.

04

Substantial physician access

Direct messaging with your physician across the full 3 months, per the Care Policy posted on the patient portal. Side effects, dose questions, plateau troubleshooting — addressed without a "follow-up visit" invoice.

05

Mid-program dose review

A structured midpoint consult to review how you’re responding and adjust the protocol. This is the difference between titration and a templated regimen.

06

End-of-program decision

A final consult to make an honest, informed decision about what comes next. No auto-renewal under any circumstance.
