Are there other charges?+
No. The program fee covers every piece of medical work disclosed at checkout for the full 3 months. No intake fee, no titration charges, no surprise invoices.
Does insurance cover this?+
No. The program is cash-pay by design. GLP-1 medications for weight management are generally not covered by insurance without a qualifying diagnosis (such as type 2 diabetes). We provide itemized receipts for HSA/FSA submission.
What if I’m not approved?+
If the affiliated physician determines you’re not a clinical fit for the program at the protocol consult, the program fee is refunded per the Refund Policy. You’ll know honestly, before any medication ships.
Is there auto-renewal?+
No. The 3-month program ends when it ends. The end-of-program consult is where you and your physician decide whether to continue with maintenance, taper, or stop — and what each path looks like financially.
Can I pause?+
Pauses are reviewed by your physician for clinical reasons (travel, illness, surgery). We don’t pause for budgetary reasons mid-program; the program is short and bounded by design.
